I found the whole process of working with Tyrell Accounts pleasurable although the issue I had was not great. The whole team assured me of the process and whom would be working on my case. Communication was seamless in Clear Plain English with no long winded wording. Not as good as previously. Slow to do the regular work. Mark Baldwin is brilliant at payroll, and some of the help with Xero re vat has been outstanding. Richard Kitchener is always a pleasure to deal with. However bad communication about company accounts and taking more than six months to prepare them is unacceptable.
