We were very happy from the services from your company up until a new account manager was appointed to take care of our file. Since then 1/ it takes a long time before we receive information, 2/ we need to sent reminders if else we do not get answered, 3/ we received wrong information and 4/ we leave voicemail messages with the question to be called back, but don't get called back.... – How would you describe our performance overall?
