I understand that a lot of individuals are working from home at this time but the threat from Covid is substantially lessened and the majority of businesses are able to utilise their staff more efficiently and respond with creativity to their customers. I think that Tyrell and Co could have been more responsive to the information coming from the government in order to advise their customers. When I called in (last week) I had to call a second time to remind the office that I was waiting for a call back. I had waited until the Covid pandemic was considered to be less of a threat to staff and appreciate that staff have been very busy. – How would you describe our performance overall?
