  1. First class completion of our two tax returns. Darren was friendly, efficient and in previous years explained how to send him our schedule of income which makes it so much easier.   2. I have recently started dealing with Liam, unfortunately in the context of closing the company. He provided very comprehensive and sensible advice in a very timely manner. Where appropriate he also took the trouble to phone which was far more helpful than a lenghtly exchange of emails. In the process he also identified opportunities for clawing back thousands of pounds worth of corporation tax. Fabulous effort particularly given I was closing the company! – How would you describe our performance overall?

  23. Overall performance average at best Alison leaving was not communicated to me at all and I found out on social media which is not very good. Have an issue with HMRC which has not been dealt with by you as yet and has been ongoing since December. Feels like it keeps being pushed to another day. Still awaiting VAT return to be completed and now half way through the following month. This is usually done within a week or so. It basically doesn't feel like I am a priority client at present and that I have to complain to get things done – How would you describe our performance overall?
