The service starts with a very friendly and helpful face at the front desk and continues through to completion, with any queries sorted very quickly. Overall performance is always brilliant, but I feel that the tax information that I submit for all four clients is laid out in a manner that would help the tax partner dealing with our tax affairs in a timely manner. The paperwork submitted is always clear and concise for all four clients and I feel that a reduction in cost should really be applied. – How would you describe our performance overall?

      Hi Sam. Thanks ever so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Darren has reviewed the fee levels and the cost over the last 4 year has increased by a total of £10. I'm sure you can appreciate that our running costs have increased over that period yet we have managed to keep fees at a similar level.   38. Thank you Darren for looking after my Tax Form. I haven't rated cost because each year it seems to get bigger and bigger. We started off at £100.00 and now it is over £200.00. Lets not forget that when Sam comes in with all the papers they are all on spreadsheets all extremely neat and tidy (no bags of bills to be sorted out before you begin) All neatly batched up in seperate envelopes. So this must go a very long way to making the calculations easier. This is just a point that I think needs to be said.
