  28. Darren is marvellous and responds immediately to any questions or concerns that I may have, however busy he may be. Christopher on reception is amazing in his friendliness and helpfulness. If he is able to do anything to lighten the loan of the accountancy staff then he will do. ie. looking for documentation, answering admin questions etc. He responds to the reception telephone without one having to wait. The premises are pleasant and I am offered tea and coffee and humbugs in the meeting rooms! – How would you describe our performance overall?
