Completely dissatisfied with the way the accounts were handled - I felt like I was dealing with a junior partner who basically prepared the accounts to fulfill a task. All the questions/queries I had to raise myself - it took six months of emails back and forth before I eventually gave up and signed off the accounts and even at that point my last question had not been answered. – How would you describe our performance overall?
