1.My paperwork was send to my old adress (confidential paperwork is now in unknown location?) and I had to chase were the paperwork is 2 days before the 31. Jan deadline 2. I could have paid less tax but given the short notice I transferred the money in the HMRC account already 3. I have to had email correspondance during my working hours (what is difficult working in a clinic!) which caused me stress and I clearly stated that I do not wish to have email correspondance about my account via arcor, this is potentially a not safe website, I have signed that in the contract with your company. – How would you describe our performance overall?
