  10. Darren is marvellous and responds immediately to any questions or concerns that I may have, however busy he may be. Christopher on reception is amazing in his friendliness and helpfulness. If he is able to do anything to lighten the loan of the accountancy staff then he will do. ie. looking for documentation, answering admin questions etc. He responds to the reception telephone without one having to wait. The premises are pleasant and I am offered tea and coffee and humbugs in the meeting rooms! – How would you describe our performance overall?

  31. Completely dissatisfied with the way the accounts were handled - I felt like I was dealing with a junior partner who basically prepared the accounts to fulfill a task. All the questions/queries I had to raise myself - it took six months of emails back and forth before I eventually gave up and signed off the accounts and even at that point my last question had not been answered. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  32. I have always found it easy to deal with everyone I speak to at Tyrrell & Co. Alison's advice is always sound and she gets our annual accounts back to us really quickly. If ever I have any queries about anything accounts related it is reassuring to know I can get a quick answer either by phone or email in language I can understand rather than feeling I am being talked down to. – How would you describe our performance overall?
