Excellent personal service, .Craig was attentive and supportive and dealt with my many timetable lapses with patience and good humour. He dealt with a last minute technical problem very effectively. I've always said that every client of a professional services firm should feel that they are they are the only client of the firm. Very happy with the service overall and even happier now that it has been promised that the person that you are dealing will remain the same for the foreseeable future as the change of account managers was quite considerable. Recently have had an issue with Zero software accessing our bank accounts - all our on-line banking facilities were suspended, as Natwest claim Zero are not authorised to access our account information. This is still to be resolved. – How would you describe our performance overall?
