Overall performance is always brilliant, but I feel that the tax information that I submit for all four clients is laid out in a manner that would help the tax partner dealing with our tax affairs in a timely manner. The paperwork submitted is always clear and concise for all four clients and I feel that a reduction in cost should really be applied. – How would you describe our performance overall?

Hi Sam. Thanks ever so much for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Darren has reviewed the fee levels and the cost over the last 4 year has increased by a total of £10. I'm sure you can appreciate that our running costs have increased over that period yet we have managed to keep fees at a similar level.
