Completely dissatisfied with the way the accounts were handled - I felt like I was dealing with a junior partner who basically prepared the accounts to fulfill a task. All the questions/queries I had to raise myself - it took six months of emails back and forth before I eventually gave up and signed off the accounts and even at that point my last question had not been answered. – How would you describe our performance overall?

I have always found it easy to deal with everyone I speak to at Tyrrell & Co. Alison's advice is always sound and she gets our annual accounts back to us really quickly. If ever I have any queries about anything accounts related it is reassuring to know I can get a quick answer either by phone or email in language I can understand rather than feeling I am being talked down to. – How would you describe our performance overall?

Recently have had an issue with Zero software accessing our bank accounts - all our on-line banking facilities were suspended, as Natwest claim Zero are not authorised to access our account information. This is still to be resolved. – How would you describe our performance overall?
