  5. Completely dissatisfied with the way the accounts were handled - I felt like I was dealing with a junior partner who basically prepared the accounts to fulfill a task. All the questions/queries I had to raise myself - it took six months of emails back and forth before I eventually gave up and signed off the accounts and even at that point my last question had not been answered. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  6. I have always found it easy to deal with everyone I speak to at Tyrrell & Co. Alison's advice is always sound and she gets our annual accounts back to us really quickly. If ever I have any queries about anything accounts related it is reassuring to know I can get a quick answer either by phone or email in language I can understand rather than feeling I am being talked down to. – How would you describe our performance overall?

  25. Excellent personal service, .Craig was attentive and supportive and dealt with my many timetable lapses with patience and good humour. He dealt with a last minute technical problem very effectively. I've always said that every client of a professional services firm should feel that they are they are the only client of the firm. Very happy with the service overall and even happier now that it has been promised that the person that you are dealing will remain the same for the foreseeable future as the change of account managers was quite considerable.   37. Recently have had an issue with Zero software accessing our bank accounts - all our on-line banking facilities were suspended, as Natwest claim Zero are not authorised to access our account information. This is still to be resolved. – How would you describe our performance overall?
