We have been satisfied with the service we have received in the past, but in the last year we have had three different accountants and the handover of information between them has not been good. We were very happy from the services from your company up until a new account manager was appointed to take care of our file. Since then 1/ it takes a long time before we receive information, 2/ we need to sent reminders if else we do not get answered, 3/ we received wrong information and 4/ we leave voicemail messages with the question to be called back, but don't get called back.... – How would you describe our performance overall?
